Metal packaging is by its very nature 100%, reusable, recyclable and given time 100% biodegradable.

Some basic facts about steel

1. Recycle You need about 30% of recycled steel to add into the furnace to make virgin steel; so your tin is already recycled before we make a new one.

2. Bio-degradable Put a tin box in the ground and over a (very long) period of time it will disintegrate back into Iron oxide.

3. Re-usable Tin boxes are by there very nature a solid and hard-wearing piece of packaging. They have a certain caché about them that prevents people from throwing them away.
